• Surge輸出電壓(Vp):  20~200V ±10%FS 連續可變。
•衰減時間常數(τ):    52μs ±5μs (50V~200V)。
•串聯電阻(R2):        2.5Ω ±2%。
•上升時間(Tr):        <10μs (10%~90%)。
•Surge重覆週期(T):    5ms ±10%。

輸出波形:            

方波波形

•DC IN 1輸出電壓(Vcc):     0~60V連續可變
•DC IN 2方波電壓(Vcc1):    0~60V連續可變

•脈衝寬度(tw): 300ms ±10%。
•脈衝重覆週期(tp): 60s ±10%。
•輸出電壓: 請參考圖2波形。

MODE-2(Load dump)

•衰減時間常數(τ):      188ms ±4ms(50V~200V)。
